Bubbles writing

This week we played with bubbles. We blew bubbles outside. Mrs Clarke had some really big bubbles. We used juicy words to write piece of writing. Here is my work.

Maths

For maths we have been solving problems. We have to use facts we know to help us. Here is one of my problems I have solved.

Crystals

Yesterday with Miss Fletcher we made crystals using hot water and sugar.  We had to dissolve the sugar in the water until it was saturated - would not dissolve any more.  We added food colouring then put our shaped pipe cleaners or string into the solution.  we have to be patient until our crystals form.

Play Make Create: ROBOT STOP

On Wednesday we used the story Robot Stop as our inspiration for our Play Make Create tasks.

My robot's eyes are at the top.  You have to say 'hello robot' to make him turn on.  He will say 'enter the password'. He has a mouth at the top that opens. To get the password you need to reach inside of him and pull the cardboard number pad out.  You press the numbers to enter the password.  Then he will get you whatever you want.  You open his front to get it.

Sound effects: I slide the handle of two spoons together and I thought it would sound like the tracks of my robot moving on the ground.

Map: My robot is in town and he has to go back home.  You have to follow the instructions to get him home.
